Recognizing the diverse support requirements for today’s connected office environment, WJS offers a variety of service contract options and customized programs to fit your unique requirements. Staffed by skilled technicians and experienced system engineers, WJS is prepared to provide quick solutions and repairs. Our technicians are factory certified by both Canon, HP, and Lexmark. WJS also employs a part-time technical instructor, who provides our staff with regular technical advice and training on our entire product line.
Service Technology
Our service technicians are in constant communication with our service dispatcher. By investing in the RemoteTech software, we truly have your needs and concerns at hand. Our team members have the ability to view all information related to you and your equipment. This vital information may include call history, site requirements, and other special concerns related to your business. They are also able to enter and complete service invoices by simply accessing their smartphones. WJS also integrates all Canon products with the imageWARE Remote service. This service monitors your equipment’s daily operation and alerts WJS of meter reads, errors, misfeeds and when firmware updates are required. The imageWARE Remote service is currently available to our Canon customers at no additional charge.
